If you wish to continue beyond the consultation, there will be a fee associated with additional services. We will inform you of all recommended services and fees prior to those services being rendered so you are aware of any associated fees.
We also offer plans or those who do not have chiropractic insurance coverage. We can discuss the details of our plans once we have determined how much care you want or need in order to meet your health goals. This takes place on your second visit in our office.
Paying for Your Chiropractic Care
We have found that with the rising cost of deductibles and limited coverage of chiropractic care, our practice members typically save money by choosing to pay "out of pocket." For that reason we offer discounted cash plans which allow you to receive necessary care at a savings. Our practice members rave about our care being gentle, extremely effective and affordable. We can share with you detailed care recommendations and ways to save money at your second visit.
Chiropractic Care is FSA and HSA Qualified
Health Savings Acsounts (HSA's) and Flexible Spening Accounts (FSA's) are agreat way to use your money exactly as you choose. Health expenses including chiropractic care are eligible for reimbursement from your FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNTS AND HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS. Also, insurance carriers DO NOT COVER corrective or wellness chiropractic care, but you can use FSA and HSA accounts for these services.
We participate with insurance as an out-of-network provider.
Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify your benefits. To make it easier for you to inquire about your benefit please print the "Insurance Verification Form" which outlines all the questions to ask your insurance company. Insurance is a contract between the insured (patient) and the insurance company irrespective of you specific needs or care recommendations.
Insurance companies, such as HMO's, PPO's and others, create their own guidelines and are not required to cover chiropractic services. If chiropractic services are covered, the amount and type of reimbursement varies according to the policy that has been purchased by you or your employer.
If you have determined that your insurance will cover your care in our office, we will supply you with all of the paperwork necessary for you to get reimbursed quickly. We will give you a statement at the end of your first week and then once a month after that. When you send in your statements, your insurance company will reimburse you directly. The insurance company is responsible to you, as the subscriber, not to us, the provider. Utilize the "Insurance Verification Form" when you inquire about your coverage.

Fortunately, after your initial consultation and examination, chiropractic visits are timely and very effective in helping you maintain the health of your spine and nervous system. The last thing we want is for you to come to our office in crisis (although we are here for you if this is your choice). We encourage you to take your health very seriously and be proactive rather than reactive. As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.
